We have created the perfect cocktail of classes aimed at supplementing your SGPT sessions and giving you added intensity in the areas you most want to develop.

There is a lot more to our class program than just getting the heart rate pumping. We have designed 5 signature classes to give you everything you need to progress across your cardiovascular base, skill development, mobility and overall performance.

Our classes are SWEATS, HYBRID, MOVE/YOGA, HYROX AND SHOWDOWN – all with their own unique twist.

Short and simple.

30 mins of energy system work. This means we get the heart rate pumping in various ways.

Everything from high-intensity bursts on the machines to longer endurance cardio blocks.

SHORT & SHARP | SWEATY | CARDIO

Full body functional fitness style conditioning. Giving you the perfect blend of dynamic moments, strength exercises and conditioning.

Expect to use conditioning kit like ski ergs, bike ergs, kettlebells and bodyweight movements.

HIGH ENERGY | MIXED CARDIO | SWEATY

A much more relaxing style of class to our usual sessions. Move is all about mobility, flow and flexibility.

An opportunity for you to downregulate from a busy life and focus on moving better, stretching, flowing and maximising your mobility. This is key to optimal recovery, injury, prevention and restoration.

MOBILITY | RECOVERY | CALMING

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, in an event participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

We program around the fundamentals of Hyrox and customise plans for members who choose to compete in a Hyrox event.

FUNCTIONAL | CHALLENGING | TEAM WORK

Our infamous and signature class. This is designed as our toughest session of the week.

Often completed in small teams, this is where you start the weekend. Mixed modal work on the cardio machines, kettlebells, balls and anything else we fancy throwing in. This is the class you do when you want to be challenged.
